Parents, carers, and members of the public can call: 0300 111 8033 (Monday – Thursday 8:30pm – 5pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm) or 0345 604 2886 out of hours to speak to the Emergency Duty Service.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council support for children
